Varner’s offers fundraising opportunities at Easter, Spring, Fall, and Christmas. We work with many schools, churches, athletic leagues, youth groups, and other organizations to help them raise valuable funds for the needs of their organization.

Varner’s Offers You Two Fundraiser Program Options:

Direct Sales Program Overview:

The Direct Sales Program works by having your sales team take donor orders. All orders are turned in to the Fundraiser Organizer, who tallies the orders onto the Varner’s Order Form, which is then sent to Varner’s for the order to be filled. Your order will be picked up at the greenhouse, or we will deliver your order to a central location where your plants will be unloaded for distribution to your donors by your sales team/volunteers.

Voucher Sales Program Overview:

The Voucher Sales Program makes it easy because you don’t need to handle or deliver the plants. You create vouchers and give them to your sales team, who will sell them to donors for a set price. Many donors like vouchers because they can come to Varner’s Greenhouse and pick out the plants they like best.

Many of the donors are longtime customers of Varner’s who are already familiar with the quality of our plants and are very eager to donate to your fundraiser since they would be purchasing these products anyway.
